High West Bourbon is a blend from three different whiskeys. The first is a 2-year-old straight bourbon from Indiana, the other two originate from Four Roses, aged 6 and 13 years. The amber-coloured bourbon blend packs some seductive notes of banana, cinnamon, oak and vanilla on the nose. The palate is quite mellow with nuances of corn bread and honey, which go over into a lovely finish with vanilla, caramel and apple. High West is highly pleasant as a sipping whiskey - you should relish it neat for sure. We recommend sitting back in a comfortable chair of your choice without any plans for the hours to come!
